These Official Rules apply to every giveaway and sweepstakes listed on the Giveaways page of CouponVolt (each a "Promotion"). By entering you agree to these rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final.
No purchase necessary
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Sponsor
The Sponsor of each Promotion is THE COUPON GUYS, LLC, 3102 Watermark Drive, Wesley Chapel, FL 33544, unless the Promotion page names a different sponsor. Retailers whose gift cards are offered as prizes are not sponsors of, and are not affiliated with, any Promotion.
Eligibility
Each Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry, unless the Promotion page states otherwise. Employees, contractors, officers and directors of the Sponsor, and the immediate family and household members of each, are not eligible.
Promotion period
Each Promotion begins and ends on the dates shown on its page. Entries close at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the closing date. The Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.
How to enter
Complete the entry form on the Promotion page with your name and email address and confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements. Limit one entry per person and per email address for each Promotion. Entries made by script, macro, bot or any automated means, and entries using multiple or disposable email addresses, are void. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
Joining the newsletter is optional and has no effect on your chances of winning.
Winner selection and odds
Winners are selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about the draw date shown on the Promotion page. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email within 2 business days of the drawing.
Winner notification and verification
A potential winner must respond to the notification email within 7 days and may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release. If a potential winner does not respond in time, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, it is forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
The Sponsor will only ever contact winners from an email address at couponvolt.com. We will never ask a winner to pay a fee, a tax deposit or a shipping charge, and we will never ask for card numbers, bank details or a copy of identification by email.
Prizes
The prize for each Promotion, its approximate retail value and the number of winners are stated on the Promotion page. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize is unavailable. Gift card prizes are delivered by email; physical prizes ship to a United States address only. Gift cards are subject to the issuer's own terms. All federal, state and local taxes on a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Publicity
Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to publish the winner's first name and state of residence on the Promotion page, without further compensation. We do not publish surnames, email addresses or photographs.
Privacy
Entry details are used only to administer the Promotion and to contact winners, and are handled in line with our Privacy Policy. Entry records are deleted 90 days after the drawing, unless you also chose to join the newsletter, in which case your email address is kept under the newsletter consent you gave.
General conditions
The Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify a Promotion if fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond its control affects the integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, and may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or acts in violation of these rules. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind.
Winners list
The result of each Promotion is published on its page after the winner has accepted the prize. You can also request the winners list for any Promotion drawn in the last 12 months by emailing info@couponvolt.com.
